Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

These are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Carrier delays, customs inspections and peak seasons can extend them.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Faster shipping options are shown at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first update.
Customs and import duty
Any import duty, tax or customs fee charged by your country is the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your customs authority and are not collected by Viktor Lobach.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us at hearthvise@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund you in full.
